Spacious, single storey, traditional brick and flint barn conversion in the picturesque grounds of Hindringham Hall, Norfolk. Mr Docking was the Head Herdsman and after the war, this former barn was converted to a cottage for him and his young bride to live in. The cottage has its own secure enclosed garden that makes it ideal for guests with dogs and there is pleasant walking from the front door.
Recently refurbished, Dockings Cottage, has a large comfortable living/ dining room with high ceilings and solid oak floors. Sofa and armchairs, dining area, Wi-Fi, Freeview TV and DVD.
The cottage has a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave and through glazed double doors opens up into the garden, making it a bright and airy kitchen.
The two double bedrooms are located at either end of the cottage, with their own en-suite bathrooms.
Central heating and all electricity, linen and towels are included in the price.

"Back at Hindringham Hall again for umpteenth visit, but first time in Dockings. Impressed by space, comfort and as with all three cottages, the quiet location yet convenient for the North Norfolk Nature Reserves. Many thanks to the whole Tucker family for your hospitality. See you next year!"

"This was our third stay at Hindringham, and was just as good as the previous two. The location is splendid, and we were very comfortable. We particularly like the oak doors and floors!"
